Check-in After Bail

To complete all three steps, you must be at your place of residence. 

After you download the app, you need to open the app and click on "Forms" then click on "Client Profile." The "Forms" button is between the "Home" button and "+" button at the bottom of the screen of the app. You must fill out your client profile in the app. You must also allow the app access to your device's location to complete and allow access to your photos and camera to take pictures and record video for you can check-in easily and quickly with your phone. Please read and fill out all necessary fields then click "Submit." 

Now that you have completed you "Client Profile" and clicked on back to take you to the home page, please click the "Bail Cam" button. Once the Bail Cam opens, you will enter your name again and take a current photo of yourself. Please read and fill out all necessary fields then click "Submit."

 Go back to the home page and click on "Check-In."  Please read and fill out all necessary fields then click "Submit." 

Congratulations you have checked-in. 

Bail bonds are granted when a family member or friend contacts the bail agent before the defendant is released. Arrangements are made for the posting of a bail. After an agreement is signed, the bail agent posts a bond for the amount of the bail, to guarantee the defendant’s return to court.

If the defendant fails to check-in, and the bail bondsman or the co-signer are unable to locate the defendant, the co-signer is immediately responsible for the full amount of the bail. After the defendant is located and arrested by the bail agent, the co-signer is responsible for all of the bail agent’s expenses while looking for the defendant.
